Three to five year olds from Deerfield Beach families begin at Gracie Barra Boca Raton's Tiny Champs program — structured movement, listening exercises, and introductory Jiu-Jitsu games that build coordination without overwhelming young children. Parents from Deerfield Beach Elementary feeder neighborhoods report their children look forward to class every week and carry the focus they learn on the mat into other activities.
