Frequently AskedQuestions

What is the closest BJJ school to Lighthouse Point?
Gracie Barra Boca Raton at 1141 S Rogers Circle is the closest school combining the full Gracie Barra GB1 curriculum and age-banded kids classes from age 3 — about 12 minutes north of Lighthouse Point on Federal Highway or I-95. There are no dedicated BJJ schools within Lighthouse Point itself; nearby Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach have a few options, but Gracie Barra Boca Raton is the closest school offering the full curriculum for both kids and adults.
Are there kids martial arts classes near Lighthouse Point?
Yes. Gracie Barra Boca Raton runs an age-banded Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu kids program structured by developmental stage: Tiny Champs (ages 3-5), Little Champs 1 (6-7), Little Champs 2 (8-9), and Juniors (10-14). The classes are small enough that instructors know each child by name within the first week, and the stripe and belt progression gives Lighthouse Point parents a clear, visible measure of their child's growth.
